Yes — MLS rules require you to label virtually staged images. We deliver both staged and unstaged versions, and our MLS Caption Templates already include the required disclosure language.
What if my photos aren't perfect quality?

Standard listing-quality photos work fine. Your Perfect Shot Checklist will help you get the best possible input images. If a photo isn't stageable, we'll let you know before charging you.
Can I request a specific furniture style?
